Its rare that I find myself wanting to write a note of thanks for work carried out but in this instance I feel I must. contacted you after you were recommended to me by one of your previous customers and how glad I am that I called. I wanted a porch infill, which in its self is not the biggest job in the world, but your prompt and professional attention to detail made me feel like I was a valued customer. called to request a quote in the morning and you fitted the visit in to suit me which was in the evening of that day,very prompt and professional, you gave me a rough idea of the cost there and then and as promised the quote was delivered by hand the next day, beautifully and professionally prepared by you wife. I knew then that such attention to detail would be carried through to the work I then ordered. The job is now finished and an excellent job it is too, I am delighted, thank you!! the porch has transformed my house and the quality of work is excellent, Geoff finished the tiling and Paul came back to do a small job that you agreed to do separate to the porch, again thank you for that.
